What is PrimeTime Training?
PrimeTraining helps to underwrite the success of your investment in PrimeSuite. With multiple training courses offered for PrimePractice and PrimeChart users, Greenway’s Training Department maintains a regular schedule of PrimeTraining classes. Classes are conducted at the Greenway Training Center (GTC) in Carrollton, Georgia or via instructor-led distance learning (on-line), depending upon the course. Additionally, custom-rate training can be delivered at the client’s site to meet special client requirements.
With this announcement of PrimeSuite Regional Training Conferences, special power-packed PrimeTraining sessions focused on your productivity are now being scheduled in a city near you. These Conferences offer hands-on workshop sessions in separate, specially designed learning tracks for clinical and practice management users, respectively.
Who should attend PrimeSuite Regional Training Conferences?
While not intended for the novice user or industrial-strength user, PrimeSuite Regional Training Conferences are especially designed for intermediate users of PrimeSuite. If you’d like to get more out of your PrimeSuite implementation and are seeking tips, tools, and techniques with which to do so, then you should attend, regardless of how long your PrimeSuite has been deployed.
The PrimePractice learning track is targeted toward Practice Management Professionals and offers PrimeTraining for Administrators, Supervisory Personnel, Billing Managers, Managing Physicians, and Application System Administrators.
Primarily focused on the Clinical/Medical Staff, the PrimeChart learning track provides PrimeTraining solutions for Physicians, Providers, Nurses, Clinicians, Technicians, Medical Assistants, Medical Records, Charge Entry & Check-out Personnel, PrimeChart Administrators, Application Super Users, Administrators, Office Managers and Billing Managers.

What is the Registration Fee for PrimeSuite Regional Training Conference?
Registration Fee: $550 per attendee

When is the registration deadline?
Your registration request must be received at least 15 business days before the start date of your conference. However, you’ll want to register earlier since seats are limited!

Is it possible to transfer a registration from one attendee to another?
Yes! Transfers/Substitutions will be accepted, subject to a $50 processing fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
Registration cancellations must be received no later than 10 business days before the start date of your conference and are subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds or credits will be granted after this date. Registration Transfers/Substitutions will be accepted.
What payment methods are accepted?
Check and Credit Card payments are accepted.
Will I receive a registration confirmation?
Yes! Your registration confirmation will be emailed or faxed to you at the address you provide.
