  • Advanced Template Administration
    To speed documentation and enhance clinical information gathering, effective use of PrimeChart documentation templates is critical.  This workshop addresses major aspects of PrimeChart Template Administration, including;
    Understanding the Structure of Clinical Master Files
    • Accessing Template Administration and the User Interface
    • Understanding and using different Template Types
    • Accessing the Greenway Template Library
    • Importing, Renaming, and Exporting Templates
    • Managing Templates and Organizing with Folders

  • Correspondence Notes
    Correspondence Notes in PrimeChart provides functionality for:
    • Building correspondence templates, including new HPI type controls
    • Creating correspondence letterhead in Report Designer that is tailored to your practice needs for look, feel, and logo
    • Generating correspondence at point of care from patient and encounter information, including using a letter in encounter notes and linking referring and primary physicians to the letter
    • Clinical Workflows for Correspondence.
  • Custom Notes Image Library
    This session addresses the PrimeSuite Custom Notes Image Library, including the following functionality
    • Categorizing and storing images imported from the library
    • Accessing stored images using the Drawing Tool for clinical documentation
    • Using the Sketch Pad within a PrimeSuite Note
    • Using Custom Notes for quick documentation.
  • Tips and Trick with Clinical and Medications Favorites Workflows
    This session will show seasoned users some workflow shortcuts that aid in the use of day to day functionality.  As well as PrimeSuite provides for clinical users to be able to create and manage Medication Favorites.  This session addresses Medication Favorites functionality, including:
    • Creating your Favorites list
    • Creating a custom folder structure
    • Renaming drugs
    • Checking for obsolete drugs
  • Orders Tracking Set-up and Workflow
    Orders Tracking functionality within PrimeSuite is an integral component to its overall value in the clinical practice.  This session addresses the following aspects of Orders Tracking:
    • What are Orders from the PrimeSuite perspective
    • How are Results attached to an Order
    • Creating and using multiple filters for your Orders
    • Orders workflow and follow-up
    • Where Order information is stored in the Patient Medical Record
  • Superbill Summary
    This session addresses the path from Chart to Billing, the Superbill Summary, which answers the need for a paperless transfer of clinical documentation to posted charges. Generated when a clinical document is saved, the summary displays diagnoses, procedures and other billing and administrative information, and provides the means for both clinical and office staff to review and amend diagnosis mapping, modifiers, units and charge status. It also displays all visit information needed for posting charges.
  • Immunizations
    This session covers the robust functionality of the Immunizations functionality of PrimeSuite, including the following:
    • Presentation and notification of a patient’s scheduled or given immunization data
    • Input of patient immunization data
    • Extraction of immunization data for day-to-day practice needs and reporting to state/local registries
  • Clinical Alerts
    PrimeSuite provides the availability of Clinical Alerts for purposes of preventive medicine, health maintenance, and clinical guidelines.  This session addresses flag creation for clinical alerts, setting criteria for clinical alerts, appearance of the alerts on the Face Sheet (and elsewhere), and custom reporting for clinical alerts.

    This workshop addresses all aspects of PrimeSuite Custom Reporting, including;
    • Standard Reports with which you can filter and group the output

    • Custom Reports where you can be as detailed and specific as you wish
  • Collections Lab
    Focused on Patient Collections, this session will help PrimeSuite users to:
    • Establish administrative criteria and define actions that will automate such tasks as letter generation and patient flag management
    • Create work list(s) for accounts that meet defined qualification criteria
    • Produce an on-screen work list that can be sorted by column headings and assigned to individual users, for all patient balances
